Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Product Ownership: Lead the development and delivery of credit products, ensuring they meet business goals and objectives. Manage and prioritize product backlogs for seamless execution. System Implementation: Oversee the successful implementation of credit policies, credit scoring systems, and provisioning tools, ensuring they integrate effectively with other business systems. Change Management: Drive product changes, from defining to prioritizing, ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery. Root Cause Analysis: Identify and address issues through detailed root cause analysis, collaborating with teams to resolve challenges effectively. Stakeholder Communication: Partner with stakeholders across departments, particularly within the data and credit teams, to align product development with business needs and ensure successful delivery. Continuous Improvement: Focus on enhancing product performance by identifying opportunities for optimization and driving improvements within systems and processes. Requirements: Experience: At least 2 years of experience in roles such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst. SQL Expertise: Solid experience with SQL queries and database management. Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to approach challenges logically and pragmatically. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality. Adaptability: Quick to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
