Job Description

As a Planner, you will play a crucial role in the process of sustainable building systems and products. You will work closely with our team of architects, engineers, and scientists to develop and implement production plans. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed production plans and schedules for sustainable building systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure materials and products are manufactured to meet quality and sustainability standards Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production timelines Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles to optimize efficiency and minimize waste Develop and manage production budgets and expenses Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or related field 2-3 years of experience in planning, preferably in a sustainable manufacturing environment In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement Proficient in production planning software Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship This Job description is only a guideline to the role and is not limited to the full job responsibilities Thank you for applying with RareCruit For more info on the Planner role please get in touch with Tristan Pillay:
