Job Description
Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and professional Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, take pride in maintaining immaculate spaces, and possess a passion for delivering exceptional service. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests. Key Responsibilities: Clean and maintain guest rooms, suites, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Ensure all amenities, linens, and toiletries are replenished and neatly arranged. Respond promptly to guest requests to ensure a comfortable stay. Report any maintenance issues or damages to management. Follow hotel procedures and safety protocols. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with guests and team members. Requirements: Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a luxury hotel or similar environment. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A positive attitude and strong work ethic. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks (e.g., lifting, bending, standing for long periods).
