Employer Description Manufacturing roller doors. Job Description Your duties will encompass: Organise and maintain personnel records. Update internal databases (e.g. personnel changes, annual, sick and maternity leave). Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides. Advise on or revise company policies. Liaise with external partners, like industry/union parties/government bodies and ensuring the companys internal practices comply with labour and employment laws. Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics Assist payroll by providing and consolidating relevant employee information (clocking, leaves of absence, sick days). Coordinating and supporting functional process audits and assessments, ensuring process compliance and managing and developing an already functional ISO system. Qualifications Degree in Human Resources Management. Skills 5 years experience as an HR Administrator. Exposure to ISO documentation and maintenance. Able to speak Afrikaans. Computer literacy (MS Office/Pastel applications). Knowledge of labour laws, legal procedures and remedies. Benefits N/A
