Job Description
Candidate Requirements: Matric/ Grade 12 Valid RSA ID Drivers License beneficial Degree or Diploma in Hospitality related field would be advantageous At least 3 years of experience within the hospitality industry with a proven track record Be able to manage all group, conference and function bookings for the lodge Be computer literate and have working knowledge of OPERA Have excellent communication skills verbal and written Must be very organized and have great customer service skills Be able to conduct meetings professionally and with confidence Passionate about customer delight and creating memorable experiences for guests Be able to coordinate all F&B for functions held at the lodge Be a team player and have a warm personality Live in position, meals on duty, provident fund included
