Job Description

Responsibilities 1.Customer Front-Line Technical Support Calculator functions and operations. Access to Mantis Calculator Portal. Calculator related issues with MS-Office and Windows OS. 2.Quality Assurance on all Calculators Performs complete functionality check on all newly produced calculators and calculator versions. Ensures calculator is correctly protected and locked by Mantis Passwords. Ensures no stray data is left behind after final testing of new versions. Ensures all Mantis IP areas are protected and hidden. 3.Calculator Portal & Mon Arc Performs All New Portal Onboarding & Mon Arc Onboarding. Maintains Portal Users and Company Profiles Maintains the Calculator Version control sheet - this Google Sheet is used by the vision check routines. 4. Customer Registration Database Performs all new registrations. Communicates with customer on status of registration process. Maintains the Registration Database to ensure the Status field is updated - Active, Suspended, Cancelled as well as Mantis Portal Database. 5.Calculator Development Implements all common portfolio-wide updates and changes when required. Requirements Qualification in IT. South African unemployed youth aged between 18 and 34. Must not have taken part in the YES Program before.
