Deal Maker We are offering an exciting front-office position for a highly motivated, high-energy individual who is financially savvy, dynamic, resilient, and driven. This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow into a deal-making position within an innovative and fast-growing tech environment. As a Sales Manager / Lead , you will play a pivotal role in driving business development and expanding the company’s international footprint. You will also master top-tier B2B sales skills while contributing significantly to the growth and success of our team. Key Responsibilities Targeted Outreach and Client Research: Proactively research global target clients and opportunities, identifying and engaging with potential clients in both local and international markets. Lead Generation and Relationship Building: Generate leads and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders through internal and external networking, including attending approved conferences. Daily Work Schedule Planning: Organize and plan a daily work schedule to reach out to both existing and potential leads, focusing on decision-makers. Outbound Sales Management: Lead outbound sales and business development campaigns, managing outreach to new target clients to secure meetings. Client Engagement: Engage directly with C-Suite executives and key decision-makers, performing product demonstrations and supporting senior management with pricing proposals and RFP negotiations. Deal Closing: Drive deals through all stages, ensuring a smooth transition from lead generation to final agreement and implementation. Partnership Development: Establish and nurture partnerships to create new business opportunities and expand international reach. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s platform, its features, and technical specifications to effectively demonstrate value to potential clients. Sales Team Collaboration: Attend weekly business development/sales meetings, providing insights on sales figures, goals, and challenges encountered. Feedback for Improvement: Collaborate with the Client Management and IT teams by providing feedback to improve platform functionality and increase market share. What We’re Looking For Highly motivated individuals with strong financial acumen. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to engage with C-Suite executives and key decision-makers. Proactive sales approach with a strong desire to grow in a tech-driven environment. Excellent prioritisation, time management, and organisational abilities. Ability to deliver customised presentations tailored to client needs. Openness to constructive feedback and a focus on continuous improvement. Must-Have Qualifications Qualified CA, CFA (Level 2/3), Lawyer, or Product Specialist . Beneficial (But Not Required) Experience Experience in selling a SaaS platform. Proven track record in target-driven sales roles.
