Job Description
Location: Houghton Estate, Johannesburg Requirements: Matric. At least 3 years experience in a similar recruitment role. Experience in the Temporary Employment Services (TES)/Labour Broking Industry, particularly managing large workforces, is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Proficient in administration and organisational tasks. Knowledge of labour legislation and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership and Motivation: Motivate and manage the recruitment team, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives. Operational Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to maximise team efficiency and meet operational goals. Recruitment Process Management : Update and design recruitment procedures, ensuring proactive process improvement. Metrics and Performance Analysis: Track and analyse recruitment metrics to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Client and Operations Collaboration: Strategically align recruitment efforts to meet client and operational staffing needs. Training and Development: Provide training sessions to enhance team skills and encourage continuous improvement. Innovative Sourcing Strategies : Implement new and cost-effective sourcing methods to improve candidate quality. Compliance : Stay updated on labour legislation and ensure the team operates within legal guidelines. Customer Service : Deliver exceptional service to clients, strengthening relationships and ensuring satisfaction. Market Awareness: Keep informed about industry trends to introduce innovative recruitment approaches.
