Job Description
This position offers the chance to contribute to high-impact projects such as mergers, acquisitions, and strategic financial planning. This includes leading capital-raising transactions, valuations, listings, and advanced financial modeling while fostering strong stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities: Analytical Expertise: Advanced financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills to support valuations and strategic initiatives. Stakeholder Management: Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities for effective stakeholder engagement. Strategic Thinking: A proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities and driving business success. Advisory Growth: Drive the growth of the advisory business by identifying and delivering new opportunities. Capital Raising: Lead and support capital-raising transactions aligned with client needs and market dynamics. Valuations & Listings: Perform detailed valuations and assist with listing processes, providing critical financial insights. Financial Modeling: Create and refine complex financial models to underpin strategic decisions and transactions. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for seamless execution. Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends to develop innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge. Job Experience & Skills Required: A degree in BSc Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or a related field. 46 Years in corporate finance, demonstrating a proven track record of successful project execution.
