Job Description

Technical Competencies & Experience: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a polite demeanor. Greet and assist visitors, maintaining a professional approach. Screen and direct calls/messages to relevant personnel. Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and well-organized. Handle mail, courier services, and related administrative tasks efficiently. Perform data capturing, filing, and report submissions as required. Order and manage office stationery and supplies to ensure availability. Schedule boardroom bookings and ensure meeting rooms are prepared. Manage photocopying, scanning, and faxing tasks while maintaining records. Compile daily sales and monthly turnover reports for management review. Behavioural Competencies: Exceptional communication and reporting skills (written & verbal) Good interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure. Attention to detail. Self-motivated. Strong problem-solving abilities. Professionalism.
