Job Description
As an attorney in the Commercial Litigation Department, duties will typically include: Handle disputes arising from business transactions and agreements. Draft, review and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with legal standards and protect client interests. Provide legal advice on complex commercial law matters, including breach of contract and shareholder disputes. Prepare and present cases in court or arbitration, advocating on behalf of clients. Additionally, conduct thorough legal research to resolve business conflicts effectively. Requirement/s: Admitted Attorney with 2 - 3 years' post article experience in litigation, drafting of contracts and commercial law. The final remuneration package offered by the employer will be determined based on market standards, considering the candidate's qualifications, skills, and level of experience. The package will include a cell phone allowance and a medical aid contribution.
