Job Description
JD-SAP PM (Plat Maintenance) Required Skills: 4-10 years of experience in SAP PM along with experience in atleast one of the following areas 1 .Multi Resource Scheduling (or) Asset Manager (or) Management of Change Implementation experience with S/4HANA. 2. Hands on experience in configuring / defining the following in PM Module Equipment / Functional Locations Preventive Maintenance Corrective / Breakdown Maintenance Measuring Points / Measurement Documents Refurbishment process Calibration Process Warranties Serial Number Management Fiori Apps w.r.t. Plant Maintenance Capacity Planning 3. Should have good written and oral communication skills 4. Must be a good team player Preferred Skills : - SAP Certification on PM Module - Work Clearance Management / Permits Asset Intelligence - Network Used - Solution Manager in the implementation - Worked on integration with other modules like MM, WM. QM and FICO - Experience in any ticket management tool and support relevant work environment. - SAP PS Certified - Minimum 2 End to End Implementations on SAP S/4 HANA. Domain experience in Process Industry, Projects would be an advantage. Knowledge of integration with third party PLM system like Windchill, Siemens PLM Software would be Technical Skills : - Extensive working knowledge of lifecycle of Investment Projects & Customer Projects and it's mapping in SAP. - Extensive knowledge of Configuration IMG settings for PS Module. - Knowledge of SAP cross functional modules CPM, Material management, Finance & Sales and Distribution. - Worked in various versions of SAP ERP: SAP HANA, ECC 6.0. - Designing, testing and bug fixing the end to end integrated SAP solution for the clients. - Mapping of business requirements for Custom objects in SAP PS module. Roles and responsibilities typically include : - Project Leadership: Leading SAPPM/PS implementation projects, which involves planning, organizing, and overseeing the project from initiation to completion. - Consulting and Solution Design: Advising clients on best practices in SAP PM, understanding their business processes, and designing solutions that meet their requirements within the SAP framework. - Configuration and Customization: Configuring SAP PM/PS modules based on client needs, which includes setting up maintenance strategies, work orders, notifications, scheduling, and integration with other SAP modules like MM (Materials Management) and SD (Sales and Distribution). - Integration Management: Ensuring seamless integration of SAP PM with other SAP modules and third-party systems as required by the client's business processes. - Testing and Quality Assurance: Conducting testing activities such as unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the SAP PM/PS solution works as expected and meets business requirements. - Training and Knowledge Transfer: Providing training to end-users and conducting knowledge transfer sessions for client teams to ensure they can effectively use the SAP PM/PS system post-implementation. - Support and Maintenance: Providing ongoing support and maintenance for SAP PM/PS systems, troubleshooting issues, applying patches, and implementing system enhancements as needed. - Documentation: Creating and maintaining project documentation, including functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials. - Continuous Improvement: Staying updated with the latest SAP PM/PS trends, technologies, and functionalities, and proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations for clients. - Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs, and providing strategic advice on how SAP PM/PS can support their business objectives.
