Solution Architect - Python/Power BI

Role : Solution Architect in Cloud and Mobile technologies Designation : Senior Manager Employment Type : Permanent Work Mode : Hybrid Working Days : 5 days (Sat-Sun week off) Shift : Fixed Shift (9 hours) Shift Timings : General Shift Location : Mumbai Key Responsibilities : Solution Design : - Analyze client requirements, industry trends, and market dynamics to develop comprehensive, scalable, and efficient technology solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and architect solutions that align with client objectives and leverage companies capabilities. - Create detailed solution architectures, including system diagrams, data flows, and technical specifications. - Design end-to-end data engineering solutions based on tools like Apache NiFi, Kafka, Python, Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Databricks, PowerBI, Tableau and other relevant technologies. Pre-Sales Support : - Actively participate in pre-sales activities, providing technical expertise and support to sales teams. - Develop compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proposalsto showcase companies' solutions and value proposition. - Address client inquiries and objections effectively, demonstrating a deep understanding of our offerings. Project Delivery Oversight : - Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. - Provide ongoing technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring solutions are executed as designed. Continuous Improvement : - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance our solution offerings. - Contribute to the development of new products, features, and methodologies. - Participate in knowledge sharing and training activities to foster a culture of innovation. Key Requirements : - Proven experience in solution architecture and data engineering, with handson expertise in Apache NiFi, Kafka, Python, Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Databricks, PowerBI, Tableau, and other relevant data tools. - Strong understanding of Data Pipeline, integration, and business intelligence solutions. - Demonstrated ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Experience in pre-sales support, creating presentations, and interacting with clients during the proposal phase. - Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering quality solutions on time and within budget. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment. - Knowledge of emerging data technologies and trends in the data engineering space. Education & Experience : - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. - Master's degree preferred. - Years of experience in a solution architect or technical leadership role, with a focus on data engineering. - Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions using Apache NiFi, Kafka, Python, Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Databricks, PowerBI, Tableau and other relevant technologies.
