Job Description : - We are looking for experienced professionals who can engage with clients and guide them on their data journey. - A critical requirement of this role will be your ability to understand our client's industry and their business needs and design solutions that can help address those needs. - This 'pre-sales' activity is a crucial differentiator for us to win new deals and it requires a strong understanding of our offerings and great verbal and written communication skills. - You will be responsible for working with the leadership at company to help define the strategy for this line of business and implement that strategy. - Process and Technology Consulting for clients to transform and automate their current operations using key technology levers like Web and mobile , Cloud, Analytics , Artificial Intelligence and ML & other custom solutions. - Pre-Sales/Solution consultant shall be responsible for positioning and selling digital transformation solutions to customers. - Interact with clients, perform data analysis, assess processes and systems, and make recommendations on client initiatives. - The ideal candidate should be hands on and possess an understanding of intelligent/Hyper Automations solutions etc. - S/He would have a keen interest in other complementing technologies e.g. Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Pattern Recognition, Text Analytics etc. - Engaging with sales/pre-sales team and supporting the RFx's by identifying the automation opportunities and designing the solutions, commercial proposals, demos and bid defence. - Work on Process improvement / Business Process Re-engineering initiatives across the lifecycle stages - Diagnose gaps, issues in existing set-up and leverage Digital technologies to get the proposed solution implemented - Design customer journeys with a focus on customer centricity and customer experience - Ability to identify issues, understand end user pain area - Ability to strategize and curate solution based on identified issues - Assist in Business Development, proposals and proposition creation - Work closely with practice teams on upselling and cross selling automation ideas in existing customer base - Superior organization skills with the ability and desire to balance multiple projects of varying complexity at the same time Skill Set : - 10 years of experience transforming and automating businesses through data & digital solutions. - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives. - Deep understanding of data & digital technologies (cloud, analytics, Agile, Waterfall). - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Builds strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. - Superior pre-sales & solutioning skills. - Transforms unstructured client requirements into winning SoWs & proposals. - Compelling communicator (written & oral). - Proven ability to engage clients, share insights, and drive business impact. - Leads discussions and closes deals with international clients (US experience a plus). - Well versed with newer solutions like Mobile, UI/UX, Chatbots, Analytics, AI/ML etc. - Skills in storyboarding, problem solving, and insights generation are must Experience and Education : - 7-15 years of Solution Architect & Pre-sales experience in crafting proposals with an emphasis in business transformation at the intersection of new operating models and new digital technologies. - B. Tech MBA or equivalent (ref:hirist.tech)
