ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implements and maintains all components of MECM/MEMAC in a co-managed hybrid azure environment including:
- Intune
- Cloud Management Gateway (CMG)
- Windows Autopilot
- MEM and Group Policy
- WSUS (Windows Update)
- Endpoint Analytics
- Azure Active Directory
- Microsoft Bitlocker encryption
- Intune
- Deploys, configures, and maintains endpoint infrastructure systems including site servers, distribution points, WSUS, CMG and third-party software catalogue services such as HP driver update and PatchMyPC.
- Engineers, deploys, and maintains Windows OS task sequences and standardized images/templates for physical and VDI (Workspot) endpoints. This includes maintaining task sequence line-of-business endpoint application updates as well as Windows critical and security updates.
- Develops and maintains enterprise strategy for Windows security updates, Windows feature updates, and Microsoft Office 365 feature and security updates in support of the firm's security standards and policies.
- Assesses computer hardware specifications for bios, driver, and firmware updates and develops patch management strategies in support of the firm's security standards and policies.
- Creates and maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for MECM/MEMAC Engineers and Administrators.
- Provides technical leadership in collaboration with CIO and Firm business units to develop streamlined workflows for endpoint service offerings based on ITIL/ITSM principles.
- Responsible for reporting, process and integration management with Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, including SSRS and visual data solutions such as Power BI.
- Researches, analyzes, and makes technical recommendations to CIO leadership to maintain Microsoft recommended best practices for Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM and MEMAC) and expand and improve its service offerings.
- Participates in project planning activities for the firm. This includes use of project management skills of planning, organizing, securing and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.
- Communicates and presents complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in written form
- Works with vendors for operational and technical support for the firm's tools and applications.
- Knowledge of Windows 11 operating system features and key upgrade requirements
- Knowledge of Office 365 deployment strategies and key upgrade requirements
- Strong Troubleshooting skills (Windows, Applications) required.
- Ability to stay organized and work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to coordinate and work well with a diverse array of customer stakeholders and IT support contractors.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Communication must be clear and concise.
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills, including a high degree of patience and problem management techniques to resolve issues; able to recognize and react to situations with a sense of urgency and problem ownership with a focus on customer service.
- Able to identify and resolve incidents and problems with minimal supervision, including ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently in a team environment with minimal supervision, take initiative, set priorities, follow through and see projects through to completion.
- Bachelor's degree; any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position may be considered.
- Minimum of three (3) years of related and progressive experience in enterprise service administration, configuration management, and patch management experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience supporting an environment supported by MEMC/MEMAC (SCCM)
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience supporting an environment with the following technologies: Framework and Software Distribution Management Tools such as MEMC/MEAC, SCCM, WSUS, Windows Operating systems, USMT, MDT, MSI customization tools Remote Access and Security Software/Tools such as GPO Administration, Citrix and Citrix farm management, VPN, and VDI set up and maintenance. Automation and Scripting languages/techniques such as PowerShell, Windows Command Script, and Visual Basic Script.
- Experience supporting deployments in environments with 1000+ users.
- Extensive experience with a broad array of IT devices, applications, and operating systems along with extensive experience functioning in desktop support role for patch management activities.
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) preferred.

Hiring Salary Range:
$100,000.00 - $120,000.00
