The CRNA will handle 80% of their own cases, with rare supervision. The supervision ratio is 1:3 or 1:4. Overtime and call opportunities are available. The facility includes 14-15 main ORs, 3-4 endo rooms, 1 IR, and 1 EP room. The anesthesia record is electronic, using iProcedures, and the hospital EMR is Allscripts. It takes approximately 2-3 months to obtain privileges.
