Be part of a seasoned team of physicians and advanced practitioners, supported by skilled care teams and cutting-edge resources.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of patient care from clinical history review to diagnosis and treatment
  • Collaborate with a dynamic healthcare team
  • Maintain your patient panel and share call coverage for the clinic
  • Uphold Legacy's Values in Action guidelines

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO with a four-year medical school or equivalent
  • Completion of internal or family medicine residency
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in internal or family medicine
  • Current Oregon state medical license, DEA certificate, and BLS certification from the American Heart Association
