Essential Requirements:
- Valid UK manual driving licence and own vehicle.
- Level 3/4 qualification, with a willingness to work towards Management Level 5.
- Experience in Positive Behaviour Support and the care sector.
- Supervisory or management experience.
- Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in IT and systems.
We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager to lead and manage services for adults with learning disabilities in South Shropshire. As a Service Manager, you will work with established services to help our supported individuals reach their full potential.
