Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between our technical department and customers, providing expert support, troubleshooting, and advice to ensure exceptional service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate technical information and assistance. Diagnose and troubleshoot product or service issues, guiding customers through resolutions. Liaise with the internal technical team to escalate and resolve complex problems efficiently. Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations as required. Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately for future reference. Assist in developing technical guides, FAQs, and support materials to enhance customer experience. Stay up to date with industry developments, product updates, and best practices. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in a technical support, sales, or customer service role. Strong technical knowledge in [specific technologies, tools, or systems relevant to the job]. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Customer Service Representative Requirements: Matric certification Comfortable using computers. Experience working with customer support Contactable references Tyre industry knowledge is advantageous
