Harvest Hands

We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our harvest team for the upcoming season. As a Harvest Hand, you will play a vital role in the grape harvesting process, ensuring the quality of our produce. Key Responsibilities: Hand-picking grapes with care to maintain quality. Sorting and selecting grapes to meet vineyard standards. Assisting in transporting grapes to the winery. Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment. Working collaboratively with the harvest team to meet daily targets. Adhering to health and safety protocols. Requirements: Previous experience in agricultural or vineyard work is a plus but not required. Physical fitness and stamina for long hours of outdoor work. Ability to work under varying weather conditions. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Reliable transport to and from the vineyard.
