Job Description
Key Responsibilities : Draft new leases and lease renewals using approved templates. Load, audit, review, and verify leases in the MDA system. Prepare lease portfolio reports and analyze data for process improvements. Assist in preparing annual lease income budgets and forecasts. Conduct lease audits and process necessary corrections. Provide administrative and document support to the Legal/Leasing Manager. Review lease-related documents, abstract critical information, and ensure all tenant documentation is up to date. Manage outstanding documents, including leases, sureties, guarantees, and other required agreements. Address tenant queries and manage arrears, collections, and recons. Maintain accurate tenant data and pre-billings in MDA. Ensure all tenant files are properly organized. Experience/Qualifications : Minimum of Grade 12 with Accountancy or equivalent qualification. At least 3 years of experience in the property industry with a focus on real estate contracts. Relevant degree in accountancy, law, property studies, or similar is advantageous. Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and MDA Property Management System. Strong communication, administrative skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Tolerance for stress and ability to work under pressure.
