Job Description
The suitable candidates main responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Maintain working relationships with SAPS Provincial Management and DPCI Ensure all incident information and intelligence data is captured on CiiMS immediately when information becomes available Manage Special Security Requirements from the Region in line with national security mandate Provide weekly security status report and attend weekly meeting with Regional Operations Team and provide feedback to National Security Management Monthly Security status reports to Regional ME, EHOD and operations team, advising them of Risk and propose recommendations in line with National Security strategy Assist in National or Regional Investigations where required and approved by National Security Management Annual Risk reviews are conducted on Vodacom offices, Vodacom owned stores and warehouses, Findings to be captured on CiiMS Quarterly Risk reviews on MSCs. Findings to be captured on CiiMS Manage and be Project Champion for National Security projects in the region. Co-ordinate and assist in Regional Projects as approved by National Security Management Manage technical resource and assurance in accordance with agreed SLA and KPIs Manage electronic Security equipment, stock and consumables monthly. Review and ensure that all documentation relevant to your environment is updated on SharePoint annually (RAs, SOPs ext.) Raise security awareness in the buildings through preventions and monthly clean desk sweep Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills: PSRA certification Grade A; Grade 12 or equivalent qualification; Minimum 5 years Contract management experience/exposure; Good Labour Relations skills; Excellent written & verbal communication skills; A working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Bilingual (English and any other South African language); Good interpersonal and customer relations; Ability to work independently and under pressure; Willing to work extensive hours as and when required; Willing to work after hours and be on standby; Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record; Code 08 Drivers license and own reliable transport; Experience of implementing Quality Management Standards; The ability to manage and deliver projects, draft and implement policies and influence senior stakeholders; Experience of working with control room systems; Analytical and quality focused able to produce accurate management information; Excellent presentation and IT skills are required; Target and KPI focused yet able to deliver whilst maintaining employee engagement; Excellent people and performance management skills: motivate, coach, develop, inspire and ability to identify training needs; Experience of successfully leading teams to constantly achieve company objectives; The ability to communicate with all levels, from senior management to operational staff;
