Job Description
Minimum requirements: Studying towards a Human Resources qualification Minimum 3 years experience in HR supporting role dealing with at least 100 employees Computer literate Word, Excel Previous training and experience in Visio, ERS Biometrics and Afiswitch will be advantageous Sound knowledge of labour laws (BCEA,EEA,SDA,LRA) Strong Administration Skills Good coordination skills Recruitment skills Training skills Conflict management skills Role and responsibilities: Perform recruitment functions Coordinate and complete appointments of permanent, fixed term and casual employees Conduct Induction and On-boarding on HR practices and ensure departmental induction takes place Checking attendance reporting and shifts (ERS system) Capture and report on overtime and leave administration Payroll Administration (New engagements, increases, movements, terminations, etc) Perform key task administration track and control Capturing Macro information for payroll submission Administration of documentation relating to injuries on duty Capturing internal, cross-functional, external and succession training Administer employee exit process (exit interview, Alexander Forbes) Payroll & Employee record Filing
