Job Description
Minimum Requirements - Matric / General administration experience. Experience Required: - Previous experience working as an administrator at a Law Firm. - Working with Excel on databases. - Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP) - Working and submitting with reports. - Attending to queries and emails from clients. - Collection systems such as: Excalibur 4, AJS, ABSA DM & Nedbank programs. Skills Required - Strong admin skills. - Excalibur 4 knowledge will be an advantage. - Microsoft Office Excel, Word. - AJS experience - Attention to detail. - Can work fast and under pressure. - Can be micro -managed. - Strong typing skills professional, fast, good English - Attention to detail. - Willing to learn new skills. - Problem solving. - Ability to multitask, handle pressure and work extra hours when requested.
