Working Workshop Manager

MUST BE A QUALIFIED DIESEL TECHNICIAN A reputable auto electrical and mechanical workshop with a strong track record of quality and reliability is seeking a strong Workshop Manager to lead and mentor the team. In this role technical skills, combined with the ability to manage people and handle the administrative side of things will be key in driving the workshop's continued success. Were looking for a proactive, people, admin and technically orientated individual who is a Qualified Diesel Technician with over 3 years of hands-on diagnostics, fault-finding, auto electrics and air conditioning systems experience within a reputable mechanical workshop to apply. Job Requirements Motor Mechanics Certificate (Diesel) A valid Drivers License Must have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in a leadership position within a reputable mechanical workshop. Diagnostic, air-con repair and auto electrics experience Excellent problem-solving abilities Fluent in English & Afrikaans (Both written and verbal) Admin-orientated (Ability to do invoicing and source parts) A stable track record Reliable and contactable references This position includes an every second Sunday Shift You will need the following documents when applying.
