Job Description
Minimum Requirements/Criteria Include: At least 2 - 5 years experience in a similar conveyancing related role Capable of handling large volumes of files (30 - 60) Matric (non negotiable) Must have GhostConvey , LEXIS Convey , Stordoc & E4 Training experience (non negotiable) A relevant legal qualification would be an advantage An excellent command of Afrikaans and English, both written and verbal, is a requirement of the role Duties: Must be able to handle a busy workload (multiple files simultaneously) whilst maintaining a high-quality support service. Support residential and commercial conveyancing. Candidate will be a key point of contact for queries and be responsible for providing general support to the conveyancing team, liaising, and updating clients, agents and third parties when required.
