Financial Accountant

Our client, a prominent player in the mining and manufacturing industry, is seeking a highly motivated Financial Accountant to join their team in Centurion. This role will provide the successful candidate with an opportunity to contribute to the financial integrity of the business while supporting strategic decision-making through accurate and timely reporting. You will be responsible for overseeing the financial processes of the company, including managing budgets, preparing forecasts, handling general accounting functions, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards. Are you up for the challenge? Apply now Duties: Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local regulations. Develop, implement, and monitor the companys budget and forecasts. Provide insights and recommendations based on variances, trends, and financial projections. Manage the general ledger and ensure accuracy in all financial entries. Reconcile accounts and prepare balance sheets. Monitor cash flow projections, analyse liquidity, and ensure timely payments and collections. Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: BCom Accounting Degree. E xperience: At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
