Job Description

Minimum requirements: Matric Certificate 5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team Exceptional communication and customer service skills Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Valid drivers license and own vehicle Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional service and a positive guest experience Manage, train, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service Maintain inventory and order supplies to ensure smooth kitchen operations Implement and maintain restaurant policies, procedures, and standards Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Monitor financials, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations Consultant: Lynette Wolmarans - Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
