Machine Setter

Responsibilities: Setting up of equipment for packing of products Regular maintaining of equipment Ensure smooth running of machines during packing Report maintenance problems Liaise with contractors regarding maintenance Troubleshooting and fault finding Setting up batch numbers Help with supervisor training Report H & S issues Work in accordance with cGMP procedures Plant preparation and start up of plant utilities Requirements: Grade 12 essential Advanced Technical Training preferable Understands measuring and implementation of OEE (overall equipment efficiency) Essential to know about cGMP and SOP's Essential to know about latest OHS and Industry safety measures Able to read and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, schematics MS Office advanced Min. of 5 years Machine Setter experience Pharmaceutical industry beneficial 5 Years manufacturing and secondary packing line experience beneficial PLEASE NOTE : Thank you for your interest in this position, we will review and be in touch if you are suitable.
