Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities: Welcoming visitors in a friendly manner Scheduling of appointments. Contacting newly referred clients for appointments. Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries. Maintaining professional communication. Switchboard management. Collection of payments and issuing invoices Dealing with claim queries Manage petty cash for the branch. Ensure the practice is always neat and tidy. Performing general admin tasks eg filing, typing etc. Requirements: Matric and relevant qualification Reception and administrative experience is required Accounts background will prove advantageous Experience with Elixir Software Fluent in English and Afrikaans Well-acquainted with Microsoft Office Suite Friendly, presentable, confident, professional attitude Good communication skills & attention to detail is crucial
