Job Description: Looking for a skilled and motivated Hydraulic Technician to install, maintain, and repair hydraulic systems and components. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting, with a commitment to delivering top-notch service and ensuring the safety and functionality of all hydraulic systems. Key Responsibilities: Install, repair, and maintain hydraulic systems and equipment. Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of hydraulic components, including pumps, motors, valves, and hoses. Assemble hydraulic components, including cylinders, valves, and filters. Conduct pressure tests, flow measurements, and other diagnostic procedures to ensure systems meet operational standards. Provide recommendations for system improvements and repairs. Maintain accurate service records and reports for all hydraulic work completed. Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards. Work closely with the engineering and service teams to resolve complex hydraulic issues. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Hydraulic Technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and components. Ability to read and interpret hydraulic schematics and technical drawings. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Knowledge of safety standards and procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Hydraulic Technology or related field. Experience with hydraulic pumps, valves, and filtration systems. Familiarity with fluid power systems and controls.
