Job Description
Requirements: 2 years experience in an Administration role Matric or equivalent qualification Own transportation Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Duties: Collaborate with the sales team to help onboard current customers to the online ordering platform Provide training to customers on how to navigate and use the system efficiently, ensuring a seamless transition Offer ongoing support by troubleshooting and addressing customer inquiries related to the platform Build and manage targeted customer databases to assist the sales team in generating new business opportunities Support the marketing team with event coordination and product launches as required Research relevant events, promotions and conference venues Assist with preparing quotations and managing budgets Conduct research on target sectors for Sales and Marketing efforts Develop and maintain spreadsheets for customer databases Regularly update and maintain the existing customer contact database
