Execution Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and develop high-performing activation teams (in-store/out-store/events). Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly team performance against KPIs. Manage client relationships, ensuring all campaigns run smoothly and achieve objectives. Oversee budget management, payments, and reporting requirements. Ensure the successful execution of events and activations, from setup to post-event reporting. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive campaign success. Key Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years experience in operations or campaign management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and handle pressure. Solid financial understanding and experience with budget management. Must have a valid drivers license, a roadworthy vehicle, and availability to work weekends. Education: A Marketing Diploma or relevant bachelors degree is preferred.
