Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage and process Proof of Delivery documentation accurately and efficiently. Ensure timely collection, scanning, and uploading of PODs into the system. Verify PODs for accuracy, ensuring they meet company standards and client requirements. Provide administrative support to the logistics team, including maintaining records, updating databases, and preparing reports. Liaise with drivers, clients, and internal teams to resolve any POD discrepancies or issues. Assist with tracking shipments and ensuring all documentation aligns with delivery schedules. Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role within a logistics company. Familiarity with freight, shipping, or warehousing processes. Additional certifications or training in logistics or administration will be advantageous. Proven experience in an administrative role within the logistics or supply chain industry. Strong understanding of POD processes and documentation requirements. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and logistics management software. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Team player with a collaborative approach. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
