Job Description

THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE A reputable dealership is looking for a skilled and diligent Warranty Clerk with strong analytical abilities, exceptional time management, and a collaborative mindset to join their team. In this role, you will manage warranty paperwork, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with OEMs to ensure timely reimbursement for warranty claims. You'll also play a key role in maintaining customer trust and satisfaction by ensuring they receive the full benefits of their warranties. Proficiency in Evolve and the ability to handle high volumes of vehicles, including carryovers, are essential for success in this position. Job Requirements Matric Certificate A valid Drivers License At least 2 years of Warranty experience within a franchised motor dealership Excellent knowledge of warranty procedure and claims Working knowledge of Evolve (or similar) Well-spoken and presented Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans) Ability to build good relationships with OEMs and suppliers. Stable work history Contactable references You will need the following documents and experience to apply.
