Job Title: General Manager - Food, Beverage and Hospitality) Location: Addo, Eastern Cape Job Description : We're looking for a seasoned General Manager with a passion for Food and Beverage hospitality to oversee the lodge Food and Beverage operation. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a team, driving revenue growth, and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction levels. Minimum Qualification Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in a Food & Beverage managerial role with some rooms experience within a lodge Strong understanding of food and beverage operations Relevant qualifications in Hospitality Management or related field Fluent in English, both verbal and written, good communication skills Professional appearance Valid drivers license 100% Guest focused Excellent organizational and administrative skills Strong attention to detail and able prioritise effectively Train and deliver world class international service standard Computer Literacy: MS Office Suite TallOrder and Nightsbridge (Would be advantageous) Key Responsibilities: Oversee all food and beverage operations to ensure quality and consistency, including the kitchen Work with the head chef to maintain food quality and presentation, ensuring all meals are checked and recipes are followed Manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting to maximize profitability. Set par levels for all stock, control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste Develop and maintain high standards for service and customer experience in a fine dining environment Train food and beverage team to deliver outstanding service Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all areas of the lodge Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently Oversee and assist other departments in the lodge to ensure seamless guest experiences How to apply:
