Job Description
Requirements: Relevant Qualification Advantageous. 2 years proven lodge manager and staff management experience. Relevant 2 years' experience in stock control and management. Drivers license essential. Excellent communication skills. Duties: Manage all operational requirements for a 10 Room, 26 guests lodge. Ensure excellent guest relations and service excellence. Manage the stock control process. Manage the lodge kitchen and food orders. Identify maintenance issues and supervise repairs. Staff management, lead, motivate and guide staff.
