Job Description
Requirements: Relevant Qualification Advantageous. 2 years proven assistant lodge manager experience. Relevant 1 year experience in stock control. 1 year staff management experience. Drivers license essential. Excellent communication skills. Duties: Support the Lodge Manager with all operational requirements for a 10 Room lodge. Ensure excellent guest relations and service excellence. Assist with the stock control process. Assist with lodge kitchen and food orders. Identify maintenance issues and arrange/supervise repairs.
