Job Description

Key Requirements Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent (required). Proven experience in sales administration or similar roles. Background in ICT sales (advantageous). Technical Skills: Proficiency in Pastel or similar accounting software. Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with Freshdesk or similar ticketing systems (preferred).
