MID-LEVEL PROCESSING MANAGER

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry - Experience in implementing process improvements and lean manufacturing principles - Excellent leadership and team management skills - Problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet production targets - Flexibility to work shifts and weekends as required - Proficiency in MS Office and production management software RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: - Manage and lead the production operations - Work closely with Operations Director having the ability to take instructions and produce results - Monitor and control production processes to meet quality and quantity targets - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement production plans - Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards - Identify areas for process improvement and implement cost-saving measures - Supervise and train production staff - Maintain production records and reports - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste ONLY short-listed candidates will be contacted
