Semi Skllled Maintenance Fitter - 3 Month Contract

Duties and Responsibilities Record keeping and completing job cards on Prisma Maintenance system. Complete equipment checks sheets as per manufactures requirements Making schedules, assigning work and training employees. Motivate employees to increase their productivity and meet work goals To ensure the proper maintenance of equipment, compliance with mechanical codes and adherence to safety regulations. Supervise junior team members. Responsible for mechanical systems installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and services as required. Report to maintenance manager any incidents Ensure adequate inventory, prioritize purchases, prepare cost estimates, and document all purchases. Assist with mechanical systems installation, troubleshooting and repair as needed. Maintain effective Health and Safety systems, including completion of risk assessments and method statements and toolbox talks where appropriate Responsible for ensuring that all staff and subcontractors' response and rectification times are met, and repairs are undertaken diligently, with due care and without undue delay. Take all possible steps to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 N2 Mechanical 8 -10 years’ experience in the mechanical field Fitter - Semiskilled Valid Driver’s License – Advantageous
