Job Description
Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 Relevant tertiary education will be an advantage Previous experience in distribution, transportation or logistics 2-3 years experience in similar role High attention to detail Computer literate with advanced Excel skills Duties and Responsibilities: Review and process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies Verify and code invoices to appropriate general ledger accounts Resolve invoice discrepancies with suppliers Perform monthly reconciliations of supplier accounts Identify and investigate discrepancies, taking corrective action as needed Prepare and process timely payments to suppliers Manage payment runs and ensure accurate and timely disbursements Process expense claims, ensuring proper documentation and authorization Assist with ad-hoc financial tasks as needed PLEASE NOTE : Thank you for your interest in this position, we will review and be in touch if you are suitable.
