WORKSHOP MANAGER/EAST LONDON Minimum requirements: Minimum 5 years post qualification experience 3 years Workshop management/Supervisory role with a proven leadership track record Precious OEM experience will be an advantage Valid Code 08 Drivers license Key Responsibilities: Motivate the Workshop team of Technicians and Service Advisors (20 x staff) to achieve budgeted productivity hours Comply with all OEM Standards Maintain W.I.P, cash sales and NPS/CSA within benchmarks Assist with resolving customer queries Ensure excellent housekeeping Salary: Highly negotiable (depending on experience), Company vehicle and fuel allowance APPLICATION PROCESS
