Job Description
Key Responsibilities : Liaise daily with customers and walk-in clients to address inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Quoting and Invoicing Check drivers when loading trucks daily to ensure accuracy and efficiency Prepare pack sheets for daily deliveries to ensure all items are accounted for. Prepare and manage delivery schedules on a daily basis. Assist with stock take Ensure orders are not dispatched if customers are not up to date on their accounts. Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of document Perform general office administrative tasks as needed Knowledge of CAD is a plus but not essential. Qualification Matric Previous experience in a similar role within the industry is a bonus. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic knowledge of accounting principles is advantageous.
