Hiring for MNC on permanent payroll Location - PAN india NP - Immediate joiner/ December serving max Hybrid mode - Onboarding F2F Skills - D365 CRM with selenium, Manual Testing Job Description : We are looking for a Manual Tester and Selenium Automation Specialist to join our team and support the testing and quality assurance efforts for our MS Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both manual testing and test automation with Selenium, specifically for CRM applications. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and functionality of the MS Dynamics 365 CRM implementation, by performing end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and automating test cases for improved testing efficiency. Key Responsibilities : Manual Testing : - Analyze requirements and design test cases for MS Dynamics 365 CRM modules. - Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) of MS Dynamics 365 CRM applications. - Identify, document, and report defects and work with development teams to resolve issues. - Perform exploratory testing to uncover potential gaps or issues in the CRM functionality. - Conduct data validation testing for CRM data integrity. - Ensure the CRM solution meets business requirements and user expectations. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the project's scope and goals and contribute to the creation of test plans. Selenium Automation : - Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for MS Dynamics 365 CRM using Selenium WebDriver. - Convert manual test cases into automated scripts for CRM modules, ensuring a smooth integration with CI/CD pipelines. - Perform test automation for repetitive tasks like regression testing to improve efficiency. - Troubleshoot test automation failures and provide recommendations for improvements. - Work closely with developers to ensure test automation scripts align with the CRM development environment and infrastructure. Collaboration & Reporting : - Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure all project requirements are tested thoroughly. - Provide regular test execution reports and defect reports. - Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings in an Agile environment. - Analyze testing results and suggest areas for improvement in the testing process. Required Skills and Qualifications : - Proven experience in manual testing of MS Dynamics 365 CRM applications. - Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver and test automation. - Experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts for web applications. - Familiarity with the SDLC, specifically Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). - Knowledge of CRM workflows, plugins, and customizations in MS Dynamics 365. - Ability to create and execute test cases, track defects, and provide feedback to the development team. - Proficiency in Jira, TestRail, or similar defect and test management tools. - Knowledge of SQL for database testing, data validation, and queries. - Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
