Senior UX Designer - User-Centered Design

Responsibilities : - Lead the UX design process from concept to implementation, ensuring a user-centered approach and delivering high-quality designs that meet business objectives. - Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and requirements. - Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design decisions. - Develop user personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and interaction patterns. - Create visually appealing and functional interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience. - Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of design solutions within allocated resources. - Foster collaboration with external design agencies, freelancers, or consultants as needed to supplement internal capabilities and meet project requirements. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design, and advocate for their adoption within the organisation. - Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement. - Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the organisation, encouraging the exploration of novel ideas and approaches to address intricate challenges. Required Skills and Experience : - Proven experience in conducting user research, creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. - A deep understanding of user experience principles, including usability, accessibility, and information architecture. - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience working with design systems and component libraries. - Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - A passion for user-centered design and a keen eye for detail (ref:hirist.tech)
