About the Role : We are seeking a talented ReactJS Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, user-friendly frontend applications. You will work closely with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities : Frontend Development : - Develop and maintain complex frontend applications using ReactJS. State Management : - Utilize Redux or other state management solutions to manage application state effectively. UI Development : - Design and implement user interfaces using modern UI libraries like Material UI or Ant Design. API Integration : - Integrate with backend APIs using RESTful APIs. Testing : - Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and reliability. Performance Optimization : - Optimize application performance for speed and responsiveness. Collaboration : - Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. Documentation : - Document code, processes, and best practices. Knowledge Sharing : - Promote the use of best practices and design patterns within the team. Required Skills and Experience : - 2 years of experience in ReactJS development. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. - Experience with Redux or other state management libraries. - Experience with UI libraries like Material UI, Ant Design, or similar. - Knowledge of RESTful APIs. - Understanding of testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Enzyme. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - A passion for creating user-friendly and high-performance applications.
