Data Analysis Specialist - Business Intelligence

Role : BI & Data Analysis : : 4-7 Education : - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fields. Company : The company is dedicated to enabling enterprises to offer digital financial products to their customers. Collaborating with Wallets, Mobile Operators, e-commerce companies, Financial Institutions, and Banks, The Company supports their journey in providing digital financial services Key Responsibilities : - Designed and maintained BI dashboards and reports across markets. - Develop and manage a BI portal for internal and external users. - Build data pipelines using tools like NIFI for seamless data flow into BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Metabase). - Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to gather and deliver actionable insights. - Conducted daily reconciliations with banks, payment gateways, and telcos. - Automate monthly reconciliation and billing processes. - Ensure data veracity and pipeline reliability with monitoring and troubleshooting. Skills Required : - Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL and MongoDB for large datasets. - Hands-on experience with PySpark for big data processing (preferred). - Expertise in BI tools like Power BI and Metabase. - Knowledge of data warehousing, NIFI, and process automation. - Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
