Oracle Consultant - Utilities/WAM Modules

The Role : As a Business Function Implement Practitioner (Consultant)- Oracle-Utilities WAM you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance end to end. This involves analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and defining parts of an organization. Key Responsibilities : - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead process improvement initiatives within the business function. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members. Skills Required : - Must To Have Skills : Proficiency in Oracle Utilities Work And Asset Management. - Strong understanding of business process analysis and design. - Experience in organizational design and development. - Knowledge of performance improvement methodologies. - Good To Have Skills : Experience with business process automation tools.
