Its services cover Strategy & Consulting, Technology, Operations, etc. The Role : As a Technology Consulting Practitioner for Oracle CRM Service, you will advise, lead, and work on high-impact activities within the systems development lifecycle, providing advisory work for the IT functions. Your typical day will involve providing guidance and expertise in technology consulting, collaborating with cross functional teams, and delivering solutions to meet client requirements and business objectives. You will play a crucial role in driving innovation and delivering value to clients through your technical expertise and consulting skills. Key Responsibilities : - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Conduct research and analysis to identify technology trends and best practices - Develop and deliver technology consulting solutions to clients - Lead and manage technology consulting projects - Provide guidance and support to junior Required : - Proficiency in Oracle CRM Service - Strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practices - Experience in implementing and customizing Oracle CRM Service - Knowledge of Oracle CRM Service modules and functionalities - Experience in integrating Oracle CRM Service with other systems Good To Have Skills : - Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware - Experience in Oracle CRM Service configuration and administration - Knowledge of Oracle CRM Service security and access controls Qualifications & Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle CRM Service (ref:hirist.tech)
